The Right to access the work

The author has the right to require from the holder of the rights the access to the original or a copy of the work, if this is necessary for the purpose of copying or processing of the work, and if this does not significantly jeopardize the justified interests of the holder. The author is obliged to make the work or exposure of the work with as little inconvenience as possible to the holder at his own expense and is objectively responsible for damage to the original or copy of the work.

The Right for compensation

The author is entitled to part of the fee for sound or visual recording or photocopy of his work.
