Annual general meeting of the Organisation for the Achievement of Reprographic Rights of Montenegro was held

Today, on the 13th of March 2019, annual general meeting of the Organisation for the Achievement of Reprographic Rights of Montenegro took place. During the meeting, all important decisions were made for the successful start of the functioning of the organization and certain directions for further action were made. Members of the organization were told that ORPCG was granted license no. 01-298 by the Intellectual Property Office for a period of 5 years, and all the preconditions for the protection of the rights of authors of written works in Montenegro have been achieved.

The importance of the right of authors of written works and their protection is of great importance to society and culture as a whole, as well as to the preparation of Montenegro for joining the EU. Accepting high standards in copyright protection prescribed by the EU will also be a task for our organization.
