The Organisation obtained the license

We hereby inform you that the Organisation for the Achievement of Reprographic Rights of Montenegro (hereinafter: Organization), by the decision of the Intellectual Property Office No. 01-298 dated December 11, 2018, obtained a license for performing the activities of the collective exercise of the copyright of the author of written works.

The permit relates to the collective exercise of property rights arising from Art. 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, paragraph 1, point. 1 and 3, 36 paragraph 3, 46 paragraph 1 item. 1 and 3 and 48 of the Law on Copyright and Related Rights (hereinafter:  Law). The same is announced in the Official Gazette of Montenegro 86/2018 dated 28 December 2018.

The Organization will endeavor to work with full capacities to realize copyright and therefore we invite all authors of written works to show us trust and sign the Contract on the exclusive transfer of copyright property rights and authorization with the Organization.

While users are pointed out that they are obligated to respect copyrights and legally use copyrighted works by concluding a contract and regularly paying compensation to the Organization for the use of those rights for which the Organization has obtained a license for collective gain.
